The Address Book Module contains the following features:

• Build a robust, flexible database using the multiple name, address & phone number fields
• Segment and customize your database, eliminating the need to maintain separate lists for subscribers, ticket buyers or prospects, by using:
• Membership Fields
• Picklist Fields
• Additional Custom Fields
• Record pages of information, for each patron, using Free-Form Notes complete with date, time and staff initials
• Locate patrons quickly and accurately with broad-based search capabilities
• Expedite data entry through the use of default settings
• Copy postal and email addresses at the touch of a button

Box Office in a Box provides 80 Membership Fields to organize and segment your database. The first 40 Membership Fields are predefined by the software and include:

• Subscriber (current and history of past 9 years)
• Ticket Buyer (current and history of past 5 years)
• Donor (current and history of past 9 years)
• Volunteer
• Artist
• Board Member
• Media
• Staff

The last 40 are completely user-definable, including a choice of over 100 icons to represent them.

System defined Membership Fields

The Box Office in a Box Custom Fields allow you to define your own fields. This makes it easy to track the information you need for each record in your Address Book. There are three different kinds of custom fields:

• Text Fields (6) Store up to 25 characters of text.
• Date Fields (3) Stores important dates.
• Numeric Fields (3) Stores numeric information such as donations.
