System Requirements

Smartware runs on Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP service pack 2 or later. NOTE: Windows Vista is not recommended.

Smartware also requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

Astor Street recommends a networking standard which supports data transfer rates of at least 100 Mbps. Slower networking standards are supported, however, depending on your network, slower performance may be realized. Smartware does not require a server and can be networked using a Windows peer-peer configuration.

Technical Support

Technical Support is provided directly by Astor Street staff via telephone, email, fax and onsite support. The first year of unlimited technical support during standard business hours via phone, email and fax is included with the cost of each program. An upgrade support package is available which expands support hours to include evenings and weekends.
