Box Office in a Box Ticket Printing

The Ticket Printing Module contains the following features:

• Select from 19 different Ticket Layouts or have Astor Street Custom Design one for you.
• Manage large batches of tickets using the Ticket Print Wizard
• Create House Blanks for patrons who lose their tickets
• Print tickets to any Windows® compatible Printer
• Thermal Ticket Printer
• Laser Printer
• Ink Jet Printer
• Dot Matrix Printer

Each of the 19 available Ticket Layouts features a different combination of features.

• HEADER: The Header appears on all Ticket Layouts and is comprised of 4 pieces of information:
• Registered Owner of the Software
• Ticket Line 1 (Optional-specified when each Event is defined)
• Ticket Line 2 (Optional-specified when each Event is defined)
• Ticket Line 3 (Optional-specified when each Event is defined)
• LOGO: You can add your own Logo to several of the Ticket Layouts
• DATE: The Date appears on all Ticket Layouts.
• BANNER: The Banner can be used to add additional information to the Ticket such as sponsor or author.
• EVENT TITLE: The Event Title will either appear as straight text or you can create a graphic for the Event Title.
• ROW/SEAT TAGS: All Ticket Layouts contain a seat assignment.
• AMOUNT PAID: The Amount Paid reflects the ticket portion of the price code that the particular seat was sold at.
• STUB: The Stub is the small portion of the Ticket separated from the main body of the Ticket by a perforation. Two different styles of Stub are used: Generic and Patron & Payment. The Generic Stub contains enough basic performance information to easily identify it during a House Audit. The Patron & Payment Stub adds the Patron Name, Price Code the ticket was sold at and payment status (PAID or AMOUNT DUE).

Astor Street can design a Custom Ticket Layout for a nominal charge. Custom Layouts can be used in conjunction with either generic or specialized ticket stock.

In addition to printing tickets at the time of sale, Box Office in a Box provides several Ticket Printing Wizards to assist you in the task of printing your tickets. You can use the Batch Wizard to print all of your subscription seats. Print unsold or sold seats for any performance using the Print Performance Wizard.

Box Office in a Box provides a means to print generic tickets for any selected performance. These tickets can be used for patrons who have lost their tickets.

Box Office in Box will work with any Windows compatible printer.
