  Backups  
     
  Backup   The System Administrator can require that backups be completed at a specified interval. If a backup is missed a User, selected by the System Administrator, is reminded that the backup needs to be completed.  
         
    Backups are now contained within the main software not in a separate utility program. The User that is assigned the backup task is reminded when they exit the software to complete the backup.

Context-sensitive help is now just a mouse-click away. Find the information you need to help you complete the task at hand. Step-by-step instructions for setup tasks, review of concepts and tips & tricks can be accessed simply by clicking on the small yellow question mark in the upper righthand corner of the screen. Additionally, a Help section is available where all Help Topics can be accessed with a click of a button.
 
             
             
  User Menus/System Main Screen  
 

Customizable menus have been created for the 13 most common job functions in a nonprofit/arts organization. Sample job titles include: Executive Director, Box Office Manager, Development Administrator, Marketing Manager and Volunteer. The system comes pre-loaded with the most typical tasks for the selected job function already assigend. However, you can add or remove any job function that fits your needs.

Additionally, three User-Definable Menus have been included that you can completely customize to fit your needs.
